- Developers cannot make any changes in infrastructure, if they want any change, they should get the approval.

- The government will decide the installment amount according to house/unit construction size and design.
- The PHATA will be responsible for trunk infrastructure through block allocation under the permission of the Punjab government.

- The developer will receive the installment amount and once allottee will complete the 5 year loan period, the developer will officially allot the home to allottee.
- PHATA will supervise all construction process to ensure work quality.
- Developers will get the decided amount through Escrow account once they complete designed milstone.
Execution Model-3 (Tentative 70,000 loan for Housing Units)

In this model, the eligible citizens will get interest-free loan with subsidy by government.
- People who have 1 to 5 marla plot in cities and 1 to 10 marla plot in rural area can apply for the loan on ACAG’s website: www.acag.punjab.gov.pk
- The loan tenure can be from 5 to 7 years and the installment amount will depend on repayment time.
- Operational cost and tax will completely covered by government.
